"Our Mares"

"Radar's Proud Mary"
Mary is the mother of our stud "Flash's Standing Pride" and "Mack's Travelin Dreamer"" a gelding. In 2003 she surprised us with a filly "Sartin's Morning Sunshine". We bought this mare in 2000 and at the time we bought her she was ready to foal. That foal was "Flash's Standing Pride". We've had five foals out of Mary. She is such a good mother and has enough milk to raise two foals at a time. She's never had any problem foaling and she passes on her natural fox trot to her foals. She is bred to Rambler's Diamond Fox a stud belonging to Floyd and Sue Hurst of Rogersville, Mo. You can see his picture and papers on my sire page. Mary is due to foal in the middle of March.
"Rambler's Candy Lady J".
We bought "Rambler's Candy Lady J" at a horse sale in 2002. We called the original owners in Ark. They told us they'd had her since birth, she has had four foals and never had a problem foaling. We bred her to Flash's Standing Pride" in February, 2003 and had a beautiful little filly In March 2004 .We named her Rambler's Spring Pride. Because she was born on the first day of spring. You can see her on her page. She is bred back to our stud and due to foal the first week in April 2005.
"Jazz Touche'"
We bought "Jazz Touche'" in 2003 as I told you on her page. We bred her on the 5/23/2004 (yes only once and she settled). She is bred to Dreamspinner's Big Mack, and we are expecting a foal around 4/23/2005. She has such a nice foxtrot I hope she passes it on to her foals.
"Sartin's Black Beauty"
Beauty is different from the other mares she was the first foal born here on our farm. She was born 5/21/1994. We bought her mother "Sartin's Black Mare". My husband and I had gone with a friend of Gary's to see a new foal of his. I was playing with the foal not realizing I was standing at her mothers back feet. I told Gary I had to have that mare. Black Mare was the greatest. We bred her to "Dusty's Night Hawk" and she had Beauty. Beauty has given us two colts and we bred her to our stud in 2002 and in October of 2003 she had a sweet black colt. We bred her in 2004 to Expensive Hobby one of Dean and Sheila's spotted studs. She is due around the middle of April 2005.
